HOW IT ALL STARTED........
A CAPSTONE PROJECT GONE TO FAR........
In early 2024, while pursuing my MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, I started exploring a capstone project focused on organizational development—an area I’m deeply passionate about. Although the project wasn’t due until 2025, I couldn’t wait. Through research and discussions, I quickly realized that many businesses focus heavily on change management and transformation, overlooking the foundational layer of organizational development. This gap, combined with the potential of AI to drive smarter, more adaptable workflows, sparked the idea for Vinchi. What started as an academic project evolved into a business—one aimed at helping organizations build their capabilities from the ground up, not just managing change, but driving true development.

When we first designed the VINCI logo, we were drawn to the vibrant colors, feeling they captured an essential energy and enthusiasm. But beyond that, there’s a much deeper meaning. The bold colors reflect the uniqueness of our clients. At Vinchi, we understand that organizational development must adapt to the distinct needs and constraints of each client. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and our colorful brand represents this recognition of diversity.

The triangle, with a horizontal line, represents humankind and is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man. The circle in our logo represents the globe, symbolizing the broader world in which organizations operate. Our approach to organizational development is deeply rooted in our evolving methodology—a model designed to align growth strategies with organizational capabilities. While this model is still being refined, the foundational elements are already present and integrated into the way we work. We’ve structured our services into distinct value chains that guide organizations through key phases of development, ensuring that they are not only ready for growth but also equipped to sustain it over the long term.
How we do it centers around engaging with clients at every stage of their development journey. We begin by assessing readiness, understanding the current state of the organization, its needs, and its potential for growth. This ensures that we establish a solid foundation before moving forward. This ensures that both are moving in tandem, driving the business forward efficiently and effectively.
Once alignment is achieved, we enter the BUILD phase. This is where we focus on building the core capabilities, competencies, and processes needed to support growth. We work hands-on with organizations to ensure that what we build is not only fit for purpose but also scalable and adaptable to future needs. These capabilities become the foundation upon which the business can grow and evolve.
After building, our focus shifts to SUSTAIN. This phase is about operating and running the newly developed capabilities, ensuring they continue to deliver value and drive growth. We don’t just implement solutions; we ensure they are maintained and optimized over time, providing ongoing operational leadership. Our managed services also come into play here, offering ongoing support and guidance as the organization navigates its next growth stages.
In addition to these primary phases, we also offer core supporting services, such as data visualization and analytics, knowledge management, and artificial intelligence tools. These services are designed to enhance the effectiveness of the core value chains by providing critical insights and automating processes where possible. Whether it’s using AI to streamline operations or leveraging data to make informed decisions, these support services are an integral part of our offering.

Horizon 1: Laying the foundations (2024-2025)
In this phase, we’re focused on building a strong organizational development methodology and value chains. We’ll produce foundational knowledge artifacts, playbooks, and processes, supported by a tailored information architecture and ontology for organizational development. Additionally, we’ll develop key system flows for risk management, continuous improvement, waste management, and knowledge management.
A key priority is establishing a robust partner network to collaborate in delivering our solutions. Many partners have already been identified, and we’re actively engaging with them to co-develop and scale our services. We’ll also deploy initial AI bots to support automation, laying the groundwork for future AI advancements.
Horizon 2: Technology and AI Integration (2026-2027)28)27
In the second horizon, starting in 2026, we will focus heavily on technology integration. Building on the information architecture and ontology developed in Horizon 1, we will further enhance our artificial intelligence capabilities, developing smarter systems that leverage retrieval augmented generation (RAG) models. This AI will be powered by the information structured in our ontology, making our solutions more dynamic and responsive.
In addition, we will launch our agnostic community delivery support model, enabling organizations to access tools, knowledge, and expert guidance through a flexible, scalable platform.
Horizon 3: Advanced AI and Tailored Solutions (2027 and Beyond)
In the final horizon, we envision the development of genetic workflow AI, enabling organizations to automate complex workflows tailored to their specific needs. These AI-driven workflows will continuously adapt and learn from organizational data, optimizing processes in real time.
We will also roll out tailored community delivery models, offering personalized, AI-powered community support to organizations at various stages of their development. By combining AI advancements with deep organizational insights, we aim to create a robust, scalable solution for businesses seeking sustained growth.
